  5.     This Command (PrepList) needs two Parameters:
  6.  
  7.         1. The name of the List (You name it).
  8.  
  9.         2. Each Directory Path in the List separated by 
  10.            '!' character.No spaces WITHIN this List parameter.
  11.  
  12.     For example, the command should look like:         
  13.       'Preplist Mylist H:\temp!J:\drdos!C:\dos622', 
  14.  
  15.        where 'mylist' is the name of the list and the actual 
  16.        directory paths, shown in the second parameeter, are
  17.        separated by a '!' to form the list.
  18.  
  19.        Also NOTE that there is NO "!" at the end.
